YouTube personality Nathan Milner, known online as Unspeakable, sold his estate in the Houston-area suburb of Magnolia at auction for $2.8 million, according to an April 1 announcement from Concierge Auctions. The property was initially listed for $3.6 million before bidding closed on Feb. 25 and the deal was finalized on March 25.

The sale highlights continued interest in luxury homes in fast-growing suburbs around Houston, where demand has led to significant population increases and new development restrictions.

Public records show that the buyer is Magnolia Property Ventures LLC, a company registered to a virtual office address in Houston and formed just days before the purchase. The identity of the individual behind the company remains undisclosed.

The estate features an artificial pond that winds through its 11 acres at 9011 Breckenridge Drive, creating a moat around a 7,200-square-foot house accessible by bridge. The home includes five bedrooms and eight bathrooms, along with amenities such as a basketball court and workshop. Land restrictions allow one horse or cow per acre.

Milner’s Unspeakable YouTube channel boasts over 19 million subscribers. One of his most popular videos showcases him transforming his property into a waterpark.

Milner purchased the estate in 2020 when it was listed for $2.9 million and put it back on the market in September 2025 for $3.9 million before reducing it to $3.6 million later that year.

This sale follows another Texas auction handled by Concierge Auctions where San Antonio farm supply magnate Chaz Neely sold a home near Belton at auction for less than its original asking price after buying it below market value months earlier.

Magnolia’s proximity to The Woodlands places it among areas competing with Houston’s traditional luxury neighborhoods inside the Loop for high-end real estate sales.
