The Texas Real Estate Commission announced on Apr. 29 that license holders can now request a copy of their license through the REALM Portal.

This update is important for real estate professionals who need easy access to their licensing documents. The process allows users to obtain a digital copy efficiently without mailing forms or making phone calls.

According to the commission, users should log in to their REALM Portal account and navigate to ‘My Records.’ After locating their license, they can select ‘Amendment’ on the same row. In the dropdown menu labeled ‘Type of Change Request,’ they should choose ‘License Reprint’ and then click continue. Users must check the confirmation box before submitting their request on the final confirmation page.

Once submitted, a copy of the license will be sent by email as confirmed by the commission’s announcement. This method aims to streamline document access for all licensed individuals using online services provided by the Texas Real Estate Commission.

The commission said this approach reflects ongoing efforts to make regulatory processes more accessible for real estate professionals in Texas.
