The Texas Real Estate Commission has announced the process for setting up an account on its new Real Estate and Appraiser License Management Portal (REALM Portal). The portal is required for those who wish to manage their real estate license, apply for licensure, or file complaints.

According to the commission, license holders will receive an activation email with instructions for setting up their accounts. Those with multiple licenses, registrations, or applications may get several emails. Each email will contain a State ID or PIN Number that must be used to connect all records to a single REALM Portal account.

A short video guide is available to help users get started with the portal.
