The Texas Real Estate Commission and the Texas Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board will have their online services temporarily unavailable on Saturday, November 15, 2025. The disruption is due to a scheduled power outage at the Stephen F. Austin Building, where both agencies are based. The outage is planned to last from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Central Time.
