Rogers Healy and Associates Real Estate (RHA), a Dallas-based luxury brokerage, has joined Compass, bringing approximately 400 agents from North Texas into the nation’s largest real estate brokerage. The transition will involve phasing out the RHA brand as agents adopt Compass branding, according to Bryan Pacholski, Compass Dallas sales manager.
RHA was established in 2006 by Rogers Healy, who previously worked at Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty. “Sometimes the best decisions are hard, but this one was pretty dang easy,” Healy said regarding his firm’s decision to join Compass.
Healy is known for his distinctive marketing approach and unique recruitment style. He is now focusing more on Morrison Seger, a venture capital firm he named after musicians Van Morrison and Bob Seger. Healy has also invested early in companies such as Mizzen + Main and Waterloo Sparkling Water. Despite these ventures, he plans to keep his real estate license with Compass.
“I think Dallas will, in the next 20 years, expand to Waco. I think it’ll expand to Oklahoma. And I don’t think it’s crazy to say this could literally be the biggest city in the country,” Healy said.
Over recent years, RHA maintained a steady pace while other brokerages grew more rapidly. In 2022, RHA completed 454 deals totaling $276 million in sales volume and ranked seventh among Dallas brokerages. By 2024, its transaction volume increased modestly to $301 million over 478 deals but its ranking fell to eleventh place based on TRD Data. Compass led with $2.5 billion across 2,569 deals that year.
However, last year saw changes in market leadership: Ebby Halliday led Dallas brokerages with 8,036 deals and $5.8 billion between April 2024 and April 2025; Compass followed with 6,363 deals totaling $5.5 billion during the same period.
The real estate industry continues to see consolidation trends following Compass’ acquisition of Anywhere Real Estate earlier this year.
Meanwhile, Allie Beth Allman and Associates—a leading luxury brokerage in Dallas—recently reached an equity investment agreement aimed at keeping management local.
According to RealTrends data, RHA employs about 400 agents.
