A full-floor condominium unit at the Museum Tower in Dallas was sold last week after being listed for $13.3 million, according to public records from March 17. The property, located next to Klyde Warren Park, is one of the most expensive residential listings in Texas.

The sale highlights the growing demand for luxury condominiums in Dallas, where high-end units are increasingly reaching prices above $10 million. This trend reflects a shift in the local real estate market toward upscale urban living options.

Kathy and Greg Nelson sold unit 1201, which spans 9,800 square feet and features six bedrooms and six bathrooms, to Robert H. Miller. The final sale price was not disclosed. The condo was originally listed in September for $13.3 million—about $1,300 per square foot—and taken off the market in December before selling last Friday. Compass agent Missy Woehr handled the listing and also represents other units in the building.

The Museum Tower stands 569 feet tall, matching Reunion Tower as one of Dallas’ tallest buildings. Developed by the Dallas Police and Fire Pension System in 2013, it is situated between cultural landmarks such as the Dallas Symphony Orchestra hall and Nasher Sculpture Center. Notable residents have included Tom Hicks, former owner of the Dallas Stars and Texas Rangers.

Luxury condos like this remain rare in Texas; however, recent years have seen several multimillion-dollar listings concentrated in Dallas. Other notable properties include unit 501 at Terminal at Katy Trail ($10.5 million), unit 2601 at Arts Residences ($17.5 million), and another Museum Tower unit (4202) listed for $11.5 million.

Looking ahead, Houston’s condo market is also expanding with projects like Ritz-Carlton Residences planning units priced up to $30 million.
