Oak Haven Massage has opened a new location at 900 South First St., Suite 150, in Austin. The studio, which began operations on December 15, 2025, is the company’s third site in Austin and sixth overall. The new space measures 6,350 square feet.

“We’re incredibly excited to bring Oak Haven Massage to Austin’s South First Street community,” said CEO Allison Moreno. “This neighborhood has such a vibrant energy, and we’re honored to offer a space where people can slow down, reset and experience truly therapeutic care. Our team is eager to welcome new faces and help more Austinites feel and live better.”

The South First location will provide the same services as other Oak Haven Massage centers. These include deep tissue, therapeutic, lymphatic drainage massages and more. Customers can also sign up for a monthly membership that includes a discounted 50-minute massage. The business offers same-day appointments with flexible scheduling options. Therapists at Oak Haven receive advanced training focused on chronic pain patterns.

All locations are open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. More information about services and booking is available at oakhavenmassage.com.

Oak Haven Massage was established in 2005 by Dr. Steven Shuel after his retirement from chiropractic practice in Santa Paula, California. After moving to San Antonio with his family, Dr. Shuel opened the first Oak Haven Massage center in November of that year following inspiration from a massage session focused on therapeutic care rather than spa-style services. Since its founding, Oak Haven Massage has completed over two million sessions and employs more than three hundred licensed therapists.

The Austin Chamber of Commerce works to strengthen the regional economy by supporting businesses through events and programs focused on innovation and economic trends. It aims to promote inclusive growth across neighborhoods and relies on board leadership for direction.
