A Magnolia estate featuring a moat and owned by YouTube personality Nathan Milner, known online as Unspeakable, is set to be auctioned next month. The 7,200-square-foot home at 9011 Breckenridge Drive sits on nearly 11 acres in the Houston suburb and includes five bedrooms, eight bathrooms, an outdoor kitchen, a game room, a basketball court, and a workshop for six vehicles.

The property benefits from an agricultural use exemption according to Montgomery County records. This provides tax advantages and allows the owner to keep livestock.

Jasmin Lye of JLA Realty has listed the property for $3.5 million after an initial listing price of $3.8 million in September was reduced in November. Sotheby’s Concierge Auctions will oversee the auction process with starting bids expected between $1 million and $2 million.

A preview event is scheduled for February 1 at the estate. Bidding will open on February 12 and close on February 25.

Milner purchased the estate in 2020 through his company Unspeakable Media LLC. His YouTube channel has over 19 million subscribers; one video from August showed him turning the property into a water park, though those slides have since been removed.

Recent high-profile auctions in Houston include a mansion at 3102 Noble Lakes Lane that previously belonged to Nick Van Exel and appeared on MTV’s “Cribs.” The winning bid for that December sale has not been disclosed.

Concierge Auctions is also managing another Texas property auction: manufacturing executive Chaz Neely’s waterfront estate in Belton, which will feature a live auction format.
