Miranda Lambert and her parents sold their East Texas estate, closing the deal in early April after listing the property for $1.6 million in February, according to an April 9 report. The final sale price was not disclosed due to Texas being a non-disclosure state.
The property, located at 18621 County Road 477 in Lindale, spans nearly 25 acres and includes two homes: a main house built in 1928 where Lambert lived as a teenager, and a smaller pink house she purchased after signing her first record deal at age 21. At the time of sale, Lambert owned the pink house while her parents, Richard and Beverly Lambert, held the rest of the estate. The transaction transferred ownership of all parts of the compound.
A local investor represented by Re/Max Landmark bought the estate with plans to convert it into an event venue for weddings, events, and short-term rentals. This reflects a broader trend in rural areas where properties are increasingly used for experiential real estate ventures.
The combined homes offer about 4,600 square feet with four bedrooms and five bathrooms. Outdoor amenities include more than 2,500 square feet of living space, a stocked three-acre pond, warehouse facilities, RV hookups, and a private shooting range.
Listing agent Lee Trowbridge said that selling this property was different from typical transactions because of its connection to pop culture history. The unique background appears to have contributed to how quickly it sold despite its niche price point and location.
Lambert continues to have ties to Lindale through business interests such as her Pink Pistol boutique and involvement with Red 55 Winery tasting room.
