Majestic Developers, a company established in 2021 and currently based in Sugar Land, has announced plans to construct its own headquarters within the city. The firm recently bought a 2.5-acre site at 7627 Branford Place for $2.6 million, according to reporting from the Houston Business Journal. The land was previously intended for medical office development by Branford Med Properties, but those plans did not proceed.

The company aims to begin construction in early 2026 on a four-story office building that will span between 45,000 and 48,000 square feet. Majestic Developers will oversee all aspects of the $10 million-plus project internally, including design and construction work. Completion is expected to take between one year and a year and a half.

Features of the new building will include a large “M” as part of its design as well as amenities such as a gym, full kitchen, and event bar. Majestic’s current offices are less than 10,000 square feet at 1650 Highway 6; their lease there ends late next year.

Currently employing between 50 and 60 people, Majestic intends to more than double its staff by the end of 2026 with an emphasis on expanding its engineering team. This hiring push is driven by plans to break ground on eight projects next year alongside contracted work for other firms.

Founded by CEO Santosh Cividi, Majestic focuses on single-family residential developments and smaller projects throughout the Houston area. Its first major commercial venture is Majestic at Harvest Green—a multi-use center offering retail, restaurant, office space, and event facilities within Johnson Development’s Harvest Green community.

Although initially considering Harvest Green for its new headquarters location, Majestic chose instead to move forward quickly when the Sugar Land site became available.

The selected site is located across Interstate 69 from Smart Financial Centre and near several notable developments—including Dhanani Private Equity Group’s planned mixed-use project covering fifty acres and Sugar Land’s recently opened Trader Joe’s store (October 2024).

Sugar Land has been successful in attracting corporate tenants competing with Houston; companies such as Frazer, Sysco, and Hewlett Packard Enterprise have established operations there.

Re/Max acted as broker for Majestic in acquiring the property while Partners Real Estate represented the seller.
