IAM retirees recently gathered at the IAM Retirees Conference to discuss their experiences and offer advice to current members. The retirees emphasized the importance of continued involvement in union activities, drawing on years spent advocating for dignity, fairness, and strong contracts.

During the conference, participants reflected on their time as active members and shared lessons that influenced their careers. Their collective message to current members was: “get involved, stay engaged, and keep organizing.”
