Franklin Street, a commercial real estate firm based in Tampa, has opened a new office in Dallas. This move comes after the company launched its Texas multifamily division earlier this year. To lead the Dallas multifamily investment sales team, Franklin Street hired Chibuzor Nnaji, who previously served as senior managing director at GREA.

In addition to Franklin Street’s expansion, Houston-based Pagewood is also increasing its presence in the Dallas area. The firm recently closed a $25 million fund aimed at supporting acquisitions and operations within the Metroplex. Pagewood appointed Susan Pohl as senior vice president and Daniel Burnum as investment analyst. Pohl brings three decades of experience in multifamily real estate, having spent time at Barvin Group, Resource REI, and KC Venture Group. Over her career, she has closed more than $4 billion across 35,000 units. Burnum joins from Berkadia where he worked for four years as a senior debt & equity analyst.

Kuper Sotheby’s International Realty has expanded its agent roster in Central and South Texas by hiring Eric Copper and Cat Lodge. Copper will join the Austin team as an associate broker after managing over 1,600 agents for Keller Williams’ flagship offices and overseeing more than $1 billion in annual volume. He also expanded his business to London last year. Lodge joins the San Antonio team with a focus on helping executives, physicians, scientists, and military families relocate to the area.

At Keller Williams’ headquarters in Austin, Sandra Howard was named chief marketing officer. Howard previously worked with large brands such as Southwest Airlines and AT&T during her tenure at Dallas advertising agency LERMA/.
