Colliers International Group announced on Mar. 24 that it will move its Dallas headquarters from Uptown to International Plaza III, located at 14241 Dallas Parkway along the Dallas North Tollway.
The move is scheduled for October and will see Colliers occupy about 33,000 square feet in a 13-story building offering approximately 354,000 square feet of Class A office space. The decision reflects the firm’s strategy to align with market trends and enhance access to various submarkets across the city.
Daniel Taylor, executive managing director and Texas region market leader for Colliers, said that the intersection of LBJ Freeway and the Tollway remains a central hub for business in Dallas as development expands northward. Taylor said this location allows easier access in all directions within the metroplex.
International Plaza III is owned by M-M Properties of Houston and State Street Corporation of Boston. The campus includes amenities such as a Trophy Fitness-designed studio, a modern conference center, hospitality areas, and a shared central park aimed at supporting collaboration and productivity among tenants.
David Josker, president of West Region Brokerage for Colliers, described the Dallas-Fort Worth area as “one of the most dynamic and strategically important markets in the United States.” Colliers employs more than 140 people across DFW Metroplex and has maintained its presence in Dallas since the 1970s. As of March last year, it was ranked as North Texas’ eighth-largest commercial real estate brokerage with 71 local agents and brokers.
In addition to this relocation, Colliers recently leased over 26,000 square feet at another site in Plano near Legacy West retail hubs. The company also acquired Greystone Sales Group based in Dallas to expand its multifamily services. Furthermore, Colliers facilitated several major regional deals including securing new headquarters space for Unleashed Brands in Irving.
