The U.S. Census Bureau has updated its Longitudinal Employer-Household Dynamics (LEHD) Origin-Destination Employment Statistics (LODES) and the OnTheMap application to include new data for 2023. The update also provides backfilled employment data for Mississippi covering the years 2019 to 2022, and reflects changes in geography using the 2024 TIGER/Line vintage.

OnTheMap is an online mapping tool that illustrates where people live and work. It was developed through a partnership between the Census Bureau and Local Employment Dynamics partner states.
