Balfour Beatty announced on Apr. 8 that it will move its U.S. headquarters to One Victory Park, a 17-story office tower located at 2323 Victory Avenue in Dallas. The company has signed a lease for 35,139 square feet in the building, relocating from its longtime base at 3100 McKinnon Street.

The move is part of a trend among corporate tenants seeking newer office spaces with amenities and proximity to residential and entertainment options. Balfour Beatty’s new location places it in the heart of Victory Park, an area that has become popular with businesses due to its mix of offices, retail space, thousands of residential units, and venues like the American Airlines Center.

The Dallas Business Journal reported that the new space will serve as a hub for Balfour Beatty’s North Texas operations and support teams. A specific timeline for the relocation has not been disclosed by the company.

One Victory Park is owned by Clarion Partners and features amenities such as a 10,000-square-foot food hall called Victory Social. Other tenants in the building include HF Sinclair, PlainsCapital Bank, and Ernst & Young.

Balfour Beatty remains one of North Texas’s largest general contractors and generated more than $675 million in local revenue last year. The firm has contributed to major projects shaping Dallas’s skyline including Residences at Park District and developments along Knox Street.

As companies continue moving into amenity-rich areas like Victory Park, industry observers note this shift may influence future commercial real estate trends across Dallas.
